We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Coordinator to manage & comply with all processes allocated within the function. To monitor performance & ensure compliance with and updating of the IMS system within ECN. Throughout ensuring best practice and adherence to standards that work alongside the achievement of our overall business plan objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

·         Coordinating of tasks and resources within the team, dealing with queries from the team

·         Ensuring office legal requirements are fulfilled and recorded e.g. Legionnaires disease checks, PAT testing, fire extinguisher inspections, air conditioning, fire drills, waste compliance etc

·         Monitoring and recording of divisional site sustainability figures and updating BRIDGE at regular intervals

·         Preparing monthly reports as required e.g. exposure hours, training, performance statistic 

·         Assisting with managing internal and external audits

·         Trend analysis from audits and reports 

·         Managing payroll administrator 

·         Recording, monitoring, and reporting of salaried & non‐salaried staff payroll and absence/sickness

·         Providing absence information to other managers as required 

·         Chasing and recording appraisal submissions 

·         Managing divisional training needs and training administrator  

·         Planning and managing events (e.g. annual briefing, training week) 

 

The successful candidate will have:

·         A hands on and active support for colleagues

·         A courteous and prompt telephone manner

·         Experience in a similar role 

·         Consistently working at a level consistent with, or higher than, agreed divisional service levels 

·         Independently recognising and highlighting areas for improvement and proposing improvement solutions
